Hi everyone and happy new year =)
I’m 18 years old and celebrated new year’s eve with friends at a huge party. There was this girl that caught my eye and eventually i put some balls up and talked to her. We went outside and started kissing and hugging. Things started to get really hot and we did a lot of things except making love because we weren’t protected. She admitted that she used to have a “reputation” but i didn’t care, the girl was just perfect and i was drunk so didn’t care about anything. Here come my questions:
She said that she did like me unlike in the past where she did have some “one night relationships” with guys but still, she wanted to leave the party at some stage to get some sleep… I eventually convinced her to stay with me and she did… but i didn’t feel she really wanted to… Then, while things got even hotter she stopped me and said she didn’t want to go too far because she did like me. She gave me her name, number, mail, to write to her so i started to think maybe she did like me. But when i had to leave the party at 10 am (I live in France so it’s already gone by 10 am) she mistakenly cuddled instead of kissing me but did react and kiss me after, she says she didn’t do it intentionally… Finally, i sent her a text message and 11 hours later have no answer. She had her phone with her all night and kept looking at it… I told her 100 times to tell me if this was just a “one night relationship” so that i wouldn’t feel bad the next day and she told me she wanted to see me again… but i haven’t heared from her yet and i know she allways has her phone with her…
I forgot to precise that she wasn’t drunk at all.
What i don’t understand is how i asked her to tell me if it was just for fun or not at least 10 times and she told me she liked me… how come she didn’t answer? If she doesn’t care about me why didn’t she tell me when i told her to tell me the truth??

I’m in a pickle. Someone that’s been close to me for 3 years has built up walls against me. We were great friends, and then we dated. Like any relationship we made a lot of mistakes, but had lots of joy too. After we broke up we stayed close. But recently, she’s avoided me. She says she “just doesn’t want to have a relationship” with me. This is crazy because we used to be so close. Her friends say she blames a lot of things on me, and that she hasn’t let go of the past. Everyone that’s ever told her “I Love You” has hurt her, and her family history is messy. I sense that she’s scared. We both got hurt before, and I think she’s afraid it’ll happen again. How do I get her back? How do I convince her that I’m not trying to hurt her, that I really Love her?

Be HONEST and show her all the little things you like about her and her sense of humor! Give her candy and tell her that you will give her space to think about it and then see how well she copes with it! A true FRIEND will be back and a TRUE girlfriend will see what a REAL man is worth! There are REAL men out there, but they are very limited!

I got date raped a year ago and ever since I’ve had issues with men, I feel 110x more comfortable around women then I do around men. I guess I can say im not interested in men at this point in time. I mean I’ll hang out with him around my other friends, I’ll dance with him at clubs.. even though he tries, I wont let him touch me inappropriate, kiss me or things like that… im comfortable hanging out with them when I’m around my girls but when it comes to him asking to go watch a movie or go out to eat… im not comfortable with the idea. I don’t just want to tell him im not comfortable without a good excuse behind it but then again I dont think I should just come right out and tell him why either, since its really personal.
If I go out with him.. ill just have my guard up and be reserved and it would not be a good time for either one of us, and i’ll probably just come off as a B****
